Cancellation Policy

Booking Policies Scheduling Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. Confirmation will be sent via email upon successful booking. Payment Policy (Paid Consultations) Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Rates are billed at $200 per hour unless otherwise agreed in writing. Discovery Calls Complimentary discovery calls are limited to 15 minutes and do not include medical record review, clinical analysis, or professional opinions. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund (for paid consultations). Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Late Arrivals Sessions will conclude at the scheduled end time regardless of late arrival. If more than 15 minutes late without notice, the appointment may be canceled and considered a no-show. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of payment (for paid consultations). Document Submission If records are to be reviewed during the consultation, documents must be submitted at least 24–48 hours in advance. Materials received late may limit the scope of discussion. Scope of Services Consultations provide preliminary clinical insight only and do not establish an ongoing consulting engagement unless formalized through a separate agreement.
